The plugs delivered are branded Porik not GNCC. They do not connect to the Osaio app that I use. They are useless for me. Please replace! No response from GNCC about the issue despite sending several requests for return and refund. Avoid!

I got this to control our Christmas tree at home, it is a great way of managing when it's on and off. The plug connects to Alexa and Google home so can be controlled via voice. You can also set up timers for when it's on and off, again another great feature to have for setting up Christmas tree routines. The only issue I had setting it up was connecting it to the WiFi, the 1st way didn't work and I had to do it the 2nd way (this seems to be a common problem looking at the rest of the comments).Other than that, works really well and is a great addition to the house for setting up routines for electrical goods

Iv'e purchased many smart plugs over the years and for value for money these are great, work just like more expensive ones, connect to smartlife app, then if youve set up things like this in past....alexa app will reconize new plugs and intergrate them, only slight issue is on an wall extension 2 smartplugs cant go side by side, but a regular plug will, not much else to say, for the price they work as intended with no probs. Will buy again if needed.

These plugs are a no brainer, simply connect to your Alexa and turn your appliances on and off hands free. Much better than the old remote plugs I have been using for many years. I have now bought 6 packets of 4 plugs to get my parents set up also. Brilliant product.

These work great.The case is solid and looks nice. The size is comparable to the other smart plugs of this design. Like most of the latest versions of these plugs, there's a decent sized lip of about 5mm so that the plug doesn't cause issues with the positioning of plug switches.The connection is spot on and it has the same approximate range as other smart plugs I have. I've noticed that these are super fast to start and connect from an off state, taking around 4 seconds to connect. I've attached a short video clip to show this in action. Most of the plugs I have sit at around 10 seconds.It's a good price for 4 of these. The only downside to these I found was that they don't support energy monitoring, which I suppose makes sense given the asking price, & the lack of ability to change the default power state when the plug loses and then regains power. These ones are configured to start up again in whichever power state they were in before losing power.I'm happy to recommend these, if a software update of some kind could add the ability to change the default power on state, I'd have given these a full 5 stars.

Smart sockets are a lot easier to set up than you might think. If you fancy starting to add automation to your home these type of sockets are a good place to start as they are cheap and can be retro fit into your current devices.The package has 2 smart sockets. The sockets have a switch on the side and a through plug so you can plug this into a electrical socket and plug your device into the smart socket.The instructions recommend their app but I used the same app I use for my other smart sockets which is called Smart Life and it worked flawlessly and helps keep my app count down.To set up you just hold the button on the socket for a few seconds then get the app to look for it, a few seconds later it finds it and it's ready to use, just make sure you are well within WiFi range. The app will allow you to change the name to whatever you like which is important if you are going to set up automation or call it from a smart speaker.After set up you can control it with the button on the side, the smart app or a smart speaker. I use Echos and its very easy to turn it on or off or introduce into a routine. I have set up routines for my kids so that lights would turn off after an amount of time or at a certain time, very easy to do in the Alex app.I good smart plug, no problems at all.
